  • Oversee accounting from A to Z for multiple development projects
  • Guide financial planning and budgeting for Class A developments
  • Motivate and mentor a super star team
  • Partner with executive team in driving growth and creating efficiencies

 YOU HAVE…
  • Strong GAAP experience
  • Strong development industry experience required
  • Proven leadership experience managing high performing, high growth teams
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate across all business lines
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
