Key Responsibilities: 
  • Build adaptive sports programming from ground-up
  • Develop relationships and partnerships in the community to increase exposure of the brand and the facility and what it offers
  • Responsible for public speaking internally and externally with the goal of increasing membership and awareness of programs and the facilities in an inclusive and accessible environment
Qualifications: 
  • 7+ years in Executive-level leadership with experience in Disability Services or Healthcare and Fitness facilities
  • Proven success leading productive teams
  • Hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
  • Creative, out of the box thinker always looking for ways to improve revenue, service, and programming
  • Civic-heart, community driven with a passion for advocacy
