Job Description:
  • Manage workforce planning, reporting, and analytics, standardizing across all sites
  • Support site specific analytical functions to understand trends and identify opportunities to reduce contacts
  • Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters
  • Understands the key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each   workforce management goal

Traits & Skills:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Data visualization experience such as Tableau or PowerBI (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Agile/iterative process in the context of research and analytics
  • Development experience in .Net or JAVA preferred
