Transactional Attorney

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal accuracy and protecting client interests 
  • Provide legal advice on business decisions, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment 
  • Conduct due diligence, identifying potential legal issues and risks in transactions 
  • Structure and negotiate deals to achieve client goals while adhering to legal requirements 
Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate / Transactional Law 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required  
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills  
  • Knowledge of understanding the business, Estate Planning and financial aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions  
  • Effective communication and writing abilities 
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
