Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities: 

• Exposure to various client industries 

• Enter and reconcile routine bookkeeping including account receivables and payables, bank statements, credit card statements and journal entries 

• Prepare financial statements, reports, sales tax, and income tax returns 

• Calculate payroll and remittances for clients 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 

• CPA preferred   

• Go getter attitude with desire to build strong relationships with clients and co-workers 

• Strong bookkeeping and payroll technical skills 

• Related work experience in public accounting or with a small to medium sized business 

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Willingness to learn and proactively adjust to industry needs 

• Exceptional attention to detail, written and oral communication
