Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee operations of SBA team, with continued process efficiencies
-
Finalize policies, procedures, workflow, internal controls, SBA checklists, documentation, training and servicing requirements
-
Gather required application documents, complete credit analysis and underwriting
-
Gather, prepare, and review of loan packages
-
Responsible for closing and funding
-
Complete reporting including 1502, 1112
-
Develop strong relationships with internal teams, bankers, and lines of business to meet customer needs
-
Ability to sell bank investment, trust, deposit and loan products with extensive knowledge in each area
Qualifications:
-
Experienced Small Business Administration Officer with expertise in SBA 7(A), SBA 504 and SBA Express Loans
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
Strong credit analysis, lending, and underwriting skills
-
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking and writing abilities
-
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
-
Sales pipeline management experience
