PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES...
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, hardening, and reliable operation of all computer systems and servers
- Manages patches and software distribution
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems/issues related to computer and server systems – limit down time to company
- Implement and administer enterprise wide IT solutions to include M365, ATP, Anti-virus, and Dell KACE
YOU HAVE...
- 4+ years proven experience in Systems Administration
- Proficiency with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, VMware, and Dell KACE
- Leads by example – exudes outstanding service and support to internal and external customer base
- Strong ability to effectively manage time independently, while working several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization to include C-Suite
