Senior Paralegal
Location: San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents including corporate formation and maintenance documents, board resolutions and agendas, routine contracts and agreements, and client and government agency correspondence
  • Research legal issues and prepare formal memos and summaries of your findings
  • Manage government filings and various applications with federal and state agencies
  • Communicate directly with clients, on behalf of the Firm and assigning attorneys
  • Develop and maintain accurate records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases and matters into the database system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work-experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably serving public entities and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Clio, and other programs), Adobe Acrobat, and Apple computers and devices/MacOS
  • Organized and focused individual with high attention to detail
