YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
- Own end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and compliance
- Process weekly payroll (ADP) and manage quarterly bonus administration with high accuracy
- Administer benefits programs, coordinate vendors, and manage open enrollment and communications
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, reporting, and HR systems administration
- Maintain compliance, audit HR records, and identify process improvements with a thoughtful approach
- Experience in an HR “department of one” or small-team environment
- Strong generalist background with hands-on payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Proven experience with HR compliance, records management, and audits
- Proficiency with ADP or similar HRIS platforms and workforce reporting
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating independently
- Experience supporting benefits and retirement committees
- Comfort administering FMLA and handling employee relations matters directly
- Track record of improving HR processes in a measured, thoughtful environment
