YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
- Serve as a key business partner to the Controller while leading core accounting operations for the organization.
- Own and lead the monthly close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Provide meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making across the business
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 accounting professionals
YOU HAVE...
- Expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close leadership
- 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within manufacturing or a related industry
- Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements
- Experience working within ERP environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
EXTRA CREDIT!
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- CPA and/or MBA
- JD Edwards experience
