  • Oversee the day-to-day operations for San Antonio merchandising team
  • Strategize and develop processes to retain and recruit talent

  • Work closely with sales team to ensure objectives are being met
  • Be on-site as needed to interact and lead teams
YOU HAVE…
  • 5+ years’ experience in successfully managing and leading teams
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while developing a team
  • Experience within industries of consumer goods is ideal
  • Bachelors degree preferred
