YOUR TYPICAL DAY…

  • Manage Property Tax and Lien matters from intake through litigation handoff
  • Prepare lien-related documents using established templates
  • Communicate daily with private and public-entity clients via phone and email
  • Track deadlines, filings, and client communications using shared systems
  • Coordinate closely with attorneys and paralegals across onsite and remote teams

YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Real Estate law
  • Hands-on exposure to Property Tax, Liens, or public entity matters
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high?touch client communication
  • Ability to work independently while staying highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management tools

EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…

  • Experience supporting lien litigation preparation
  • Prior work with public entities or private lien clients
