- Lead accounting operations supporting current and new construction units
- Own month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and project teams to support smart decision-making
- Work with large, complex data sets — this is a role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and scale
- Expertise in: Accounting operations, project accounting, and financial reporting
- 6+ years of experience in progressive accounting roles (enterprise or large-company environment strongly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills — including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables (skills will be tested)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, capitalization vs. expense principles, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy
- A natural people person who works well across multiple teams and entities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
