  • Oversee family home operations and personal properties
  • Handle personal related tasks with a high level of confidentiality
  • Organize and maintain digital financial filing, accounting and legal matters
  • Perform light bookkeeping and payroll while working with outside accounting firms
  • Plan and organize meetings, events and social functions. Handle the design of invitations and correspondence on behalf of the family
  • Coordinate family travel and personal calendar

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to an Executive and/or their families
  • Experience working in private homes and managing vendors
  • Ability to travel to multiple personal properties
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle private information with the utmost discretion 
  • Proactive, self-starter, confident personality. Ability to communicate on Family’ s behalf
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Notary preferred
