Payroll and HR Coordinator

  • Manage payroll processing and reporting for entire organization utilizing ADP
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Team
  • Coordinate all aspects of benefits administration and  compliance
  • Creation and analysis of various reports for both payroll and benefits
  • Review time sheets, wages, and work charts to reconcile payroll discrepancies

  • Experience in HR Coordination and Payroll Processing
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Keen time management and organization skills; ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite and ADP experience
