Litigation Paralegal
Location: San Antonio, TX
THIS COMPANY OFFERS:

TYPICAL DAY:
• Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process from case inception through trial and appeal
• Manage a busy litigation docket, including scheduling deadlines and court dates.
• Draft and file legal documents
• Perform legal research and compile pertinent data for cases.
• Organize and maintain case files
• Arrange and plan client meetings, mediations, and depositions.
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for court proceedings
• Effectively communicate with witnesses, experts, opposing attorneys, and clients
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• 3 -5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice
• A keen eye for detail and the capacity to set priorities
• Highly structured with excellent attention-to-detail
• Capacity to oversee a large caseload
• Exceptional communication abilities both in writing and speaking
• Experience with File vine case management system is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
