YOUR TYPICAL DAY…

• Coordinate and develop RFQ, RFP, and SOQ submissions, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Create proposal booklets, presentations, graphics, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and related tools.
• Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases, resumes, project information, and vendor registrations.
• Support website updates, social media initiatives, newsletters, and ongoing marketing communications.
• Assist with business development efforts, market research, industry events, and client-facing presentations.

YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…

• 3-5+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
• Experience supporting RFQ, RFP, and SOQ pursuits and understanding proposal compliance requirements.
• Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…

• Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Graphic design background and portfolio of proposal or marketing materials.
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing databases.
