Contract Paralegal
Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Set the Attorneys up for success by managing calendars  
  • Assist with preparing documents for the team and prepping important correspondence and contracts
  • Help Attorneys with file management, reports, and submissions
  • Ensure to keep the team in the know with legal research and analysis

Qualifications: 
  • 5 years’ experience ideally in Commercial Law, insurance Defense or Personal Injury
  • Paralegal Certification
  • Experience with legal research databases and Microsoft Office
  • An independent self-starter who works well in a collaborative environment
  • Great communication and time management skills
