  • Comprehensive support to the members of their impressive Legal team 

  • Review, format, and revise pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail and within specified timeframes 

  • Manage and organize appointments, depositions, and meetings 

  • Oversee attorney and case calendars, arrange travel logistics, facilitate conference call setups 

YOU HAVE… 

  • 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience  

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling them to handle tasks efficiently  

  • Thriving in a high-speed environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, both at the desk and in coordination with attorneys
