Legal Administrative Assistant – Real Estate & Public Finance
San Antonio, TX

YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
• Draft, organize, and manage documents for real estate and public finance transactions, including due diligence and closing materials
• Coordinate transaction logistics, timelines, and attorney workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Manage time entry, prebills, billing revisions, and client invoicing processes
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents within document management systems
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, deadlines, and client communications while anticipating attorney needs
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…
• 3–5+ years of legal administrative experience within a Real Estate practice
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, closings, and due diligence processes
• Experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with billing, time entry, and document management systems
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading ability, and organizational skills
EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…
• Public Finance or bond transaction experience
• Experience with iManage, Intapp, or Aderant
• Background in large law firm or transaction-heavy environments
