Information Technology Support Specialist

  • Troubleshoot, configure, and install computer equipment, software, peripherals, and services
  • Diagnose and run test on software, hardware, and system problems
  • Provide technical training and support to help departments with applications and technology equipment
  • Document emails, calls, and verbal requests using the Help Desk system
  • Offer support in resolving and diagnosing problems with hardware and software applications

  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, installing software packages, and testing within a Help Desk environment
  • Extensive working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Friendly, personable, and customer-focused with outstanding communication skills
  • Detailed oriented for asset inventory management
