IT Support Technician 

Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Apply a high level of customer service and collaboration skills with business customers and IT team members across 4 facilities 

  • Provide innovative solutions with anticipation of future needs for users/teammates 

  • Create security and system endpoint improvements 

  • Install, configure, and test a wide array of equipment and software 

  • Recommend training and process efficiencies to IT leadership 

  • Support conference room A/V to ensure seamless presentations during executive meetings 

Qualifications: 

  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and principles 

  • Continual improvement mindset 

  • Hands-on experience with technical knowledge of equipment, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 

  • Ability to install and test software/hardware and communicate IT information to non-IT teammates 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred 

  • CompTIA A+ certification 

  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise
