Key Responsibilities:

Apply a high level of customer service and collaboration skills with business customers and IT team members across 4 facilities
-
Provide innovative solutions with anticipation of future needs for users/teammates
-
Create security and system endpoint improvements
-
Install, configure, and test a wide array of equipment and software
-
Recommend training and process efficiencies to IT leadership
-
Support conference room A/V to ensure seamless presentations during executive meetings
Qualifications:
-
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and principles
-
Continual improvement mindset
-
Hands-on experience with technical knowledge of equipment, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
-
Ability to install and test software/hardware and communicate IT information to non-IT teammates
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

CompTIA A+ certification
-
Microsoft Office Suite expertise
