Key Responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities that need to be acted on

Map process flows, capture data requirements, create user stories, and document findings in a format understandable to all stakeholders

Serve as a liaison among IT, business partners, product owners, architects, data analysts, quality assurance analysts, project managers, executives, and software vendors in the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of solutions

Applies Agile, DevOps, ITIL, IIBA, and PMI best practices to design and approach
Qualifications:
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions
-
Proven ability to clearly document requirements, features, stories, process flows in an organized and understandable format

Outstanding meeting facilitation and leadership skills
-
Ability to focus on business value results, rather than solutions
-
PMP or CBAP preferred; CSM or CSPO are beneficial
