Senior HR Generalist / HR Manager

What You’ll Do:
  • Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with leadership and managers on employee relations, performance and people decisions.
  • Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
  • Strengthen performance management and manager development.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Use HR data to support practical, business-focused decisions.
  • Help build greater accountability, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Leverage HR technology and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Support the organization through continued growth and evolving business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
  • Broad HR experience with the ability to independently manage a full HR function.
  • Experience supporting both hourly and professional employees.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.
  • Business-minded and comfortable using data to guide decisions.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.
  • Confident, approachable and able to build trust while holding people accountable.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable with HRIS technology and interested in using automation to improve processes.
  • Manufacturing, service, construction, distribution or another operational environment is a plus.
