HR Generalist
Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a variety of HR functions including onboarding, workers comp, employee files, benefits and vendors
  • Process Payroll through Paylocity
  • Find and develop new ideas for training and development
  • Help maintain employee retention and improve culture along with employee events
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Administrator, Generalist or Specialist in Human Resources
  • Ability to work in a smaller size company, able to be both tactical and strategic
  • Servant-hearted, pro-active and highly organized
  • Blend of HR and Payroll background
