YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
  • Lead the HR Operations Team to migrate HRIS Payroll systems for a company in major, M&A growth-mode!
  • Strategically lead initiatives in HRIS, Benefits and Compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other Departments to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.  
  • Implement and maintain payroll best practices.

YOU HAVE…
 
  • 8+ years of experience in leading HR Projects.  3+ years ideally in Human Resources Management for a small to mid-size organization that is scaling.
  • Strong detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects including payroll and HRIS implementation.
  • Flexible mindset, but a keen ability to hold team members accountable through positive communication.
  • Some foundational HR knowledge in the areas of Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Compensation, Organizational Development, and Talent Management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
  • SHRM/ HRCI credential highly preferred
