Location: San Antonio, TX

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

  • Manage and administer Benefits for the organization for 200+ employees
  • Identify new and creative ways to recruit new talent for the company
  • Complete HR related tasks and projects as it relates to Benefits, Leave, and Employee Relations
  • Partner with the President on employee engagement ideas to keep employee morale high
  • Organize employee records and participate in auditing in the department
  • Find and develop new ideas to improve processes especially within the HRIS and Payroll systems

YOU HAVE…

  • 10+ years as an HR Leader in a blue-collar workforce
  • Incredibly servant-hearted, pro-active and highly organized 
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written to share company updates with the workforce
  • Ability to work independently and find resources to complete HR projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree required OR HR related programs or certifications  
  • Extra Credit:  Bilingual:  English/Spanish
