- Take a hands on approach in the management of all human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent management and culture
- Evaluate current procedures and execute upon the work required to ensure compliance
- Work side by side with firm leadership to prioritize projects and work in a proactive manner
- Lead initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion along with other organization wide committees
- Broad human resources management experience in an entrepreneurial or professional services environment
- Has had the opportunity to serve as the 1st human resources leader with a growing organization – brings knowledge gained through direct experience
- Proven success working to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders in a creative and fluid environment, natural ability to bring a diverse thought group together and seek common ground
- Experience managing and administering medical, dental and vision policies, 401K Plan, life and disability insurance policies.
- Experienced in work closely with Accounting group in payroll administration
- Bachelors’ Degree, PHR preferred
