YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
  • Assist HR with day-to-day functions
  • Work closely with all staff on employee relations and retention
  • Support the HR team with recruitment
  • Assist with audits and research as it relates to Human Resources
  • Support management with polices and processes.
BACKGROUND PROFILE...
  • 5+ years of experience as Administrator, Generalist or Specialist in Human Resources
  • Technical exposure to ATS and HRIS systems
  • Detailed oriented and the ability to be flexible
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
