Director of Human Resources
Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Structure, hire and develop an HR shared service team
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Executive Team to continue integration for improvement and implementation of new systems

Qualifications: 
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience to include 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • The ability to connect with everyone and anyone to gain trust and respect from the team
  • Superb verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
