Lead the long-term strategy for the organization overseeing all operations and production
Build upon international supplier relationships to expand market share and product offerings

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

Oversee all daily operations of the business including product development, shipping and receiving and budgeting.
Build and expand revenue with current and prospective clients. Generate quotes and negotiate deals from technical specifications, production and shipping to client company
Build and lead a high performing team in lean production environment
Work closely with overseas Distributors
Promote safety as a priority through maintenance site performance for safety, production, profitability, and quality standards

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Diverse experience in all areas of leading and scaling a successful business, preferably in the areas of commercial tools, machining or a similar production environment
Ability to read and work with technical product drawings
Work style that demonstrates a “get it done” mentality without sacrificing precision
Beyond no task. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and delivers an excellent work output no matter the task
Accustomed to working with suppliers and distributors in an international capacity
Bachelors’ Degree
