Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of HR initiatives across the organization, specializing in benefits administration and employee relations. Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with the Company’s goals

Collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Administrator to oversee employee relations, manage FMLA requests, and conflict resolution

Champion a Team-First Attitude— Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for new attorney hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process
Qualifications:

Proven HR expertise within legal or professional services environments

Strong interpersonal skills with an affinity for creating an atmosphere of trust and open communication to foster a positive workplace culture.

PHR, SHRM, or other HR certifications a plus!
