- Competitive base salary up to $85,000 plus 10% bonus target
- Serve as a strategic finance partner at the intersection of Finance, HR, and Operations, supporting workforce and people-planning decisions
- Build and maintain financial, workforce, and labor cost models that directly influence organizational design and investment decisions
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and insights — accuracy, polish, and speed matter
- Act as the “go-between” across teams, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity in fast-moving situations
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Modeling
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or workforce / people planning
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (analysis, pivots, data manipulation) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
- Experience synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-level insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience
