YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize executive commitments across two distinct leadership styles
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups to drive execution and alignment
- Support people-related reporting, finance updates, and information gathering for leadership
- Draft professional communications and ensure timely, accurate messaging
- Assist with administrative projects and cross-functional coordination to support organizational priorities
- 5–7 years of executive coordination or senior administrative support experience
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Professional communication skills with discretion handling confidential information
- Experience supporting multiple executives and adapting to different working styles
EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…
- Experience supporting finance or operations leadership
- Exposure to reporting, data gathering, or project coordination
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or document management tools
