Executive Assistant to President & CFO

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, internal/external communication, and gatekeeping
  • Coordinate contracts and assist with legal/administrative document handling
  • Manage expense reports and handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion
  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism across departments and with outside partners
Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant role
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong judgment, logical thinking, and discretion
  • Bonus: Background or familiarity with contracts or legal support
