Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist the Executive with meetings by assuring calendar is always up-to-date
  • Act as the Liaison between the key stakeholders inside & outside within the company
  • Lend a helping hand when needed in other departments driving the team environment
  • Be in charge of overseeing special projects and events for the company

Qualifications: 
  • 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Expert understanding of administrative and or clerical systems
  • Calm, Focused and level-headed individual
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
