Executive Assistant to CEO 
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Key Responsibilities:? 

  • Act as the main point of contact for Senior leadership and the CEO  

  • Manage the calendars of the CEO 

  • Organize meetings and events for the Board of Directors and a well-respected CEO 

  • Handle the setup of a new office and establish systems and protocols  

  • Connect the organization to the right resources for important projects  

Qualifications:

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Level Executives & boards 

  • Detail Oriented and able to prioritize and manage projects  

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle private information  

  • A proactive and confident personality with strong communication skills 

  • Highly connected in Greater San Antonio with the ability to be resourceful
