Key Responsibilities:
· Advise the CEO on organizational and departmental priorities driving support
· Monitor both internal and external deadlines and action item for the CEO
· Manage the schedule and Calander by planning meetings, travel, and conferences for the CEOs dynamic day
· Coordinate with other teams to ensure completion of projects
· Manage deadlines and ongoing projects with timeliness
· Serve as the point of contact for prestigious client's ad companies
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience supporting a VP, C-level or other
· Positive mindset – always looking for a solution
· Negation and Communication skills
· Bilingual – Spanish is a plus!
· Degree highly preferred
