YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

  • Prepare and negotiate transactional documents on behalf of the Company
  • Counsel Clients and Stakeholders on intricate business matters
  • Provide legal guidance and communication with a strong knowledge in compliance
  • Collaborate with Legal Team on projects in multiple verticals of law
  • Operate individually and as a Team to provide excellent service to internal & external clients, Colleagues, and Leadership
  • Support the Organization and the San Antonio community with a solutions-driven mindset
 

YOU HAVE…

  • 7+ years’ of experience in the field post completion of education from an accredited law school
  • Experience in transactional processes and documentation
  • Proactive with exceptional attention-to-detail and a drive to find solutions
  • Highly capable of communicating clearly & effectively - able to present information to key stakeholders at a moment’s notice
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality 
  • Legal exposure in high compliance industries such as: Financial Services, Utilities, Oil & Gas/Energy, Technology, or Municipality fields

EXTRA CREDIT…

  • Texas license strongly preferred
