What Your Day Looks Like:
- Supporting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Acting as an extension of the sales team to ensure client needs are met
- Providing coverage as needed when sales team members are out
- Learning customer support workflows to maintain continuity
- Helping manage renewals, client questions, and service requests
- Identifying referral opportunities and future growth potential
- Working cross-functionally to support sales and operational needs
- Adapting to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
