Compensation Specialist
Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work on the compensation strategies
  • Oversee the total rewards such as benefits and the wellness program or incentives for employees
  • Help to execute 401k and retirement plans for the company and its team
  • Act as a second set of eyes for payroll review biweekly
Qualifications: 
  • 3 years of experience with total rewards and compensation
  • Has worked in a mid to large size company setting with multi-site or multi-entity payroll
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Heads down, hardworking, and fast paced
