Key Responsibilities: 
  • Act as second chair to an ABOTA Advocate
  • Understand importance of factoring in PJC from case inception
  • Maintains rapport with Clients by making regular contact to develop strong relationships

Qualifications: 
  • 6 plus years’ experience in litigation environment, Insurance defense preferred
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Travel required for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial
