About the Role:
  • Responsible for planning multiple events simultaneously, working to coordinate location, negotiate with venues, catering and speakers.  Ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
  • Attend and facilitate all events day or evening of.  Events span the business week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, a few evening and weekend events throughout the year
  • Execute all activities with a white glove service approach, going above and beyond
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Event planning and experience
  • Process-driven and detailed-oriented
  • Enjoys people, possess ability to foster and leverage relationships
  • High technical aptitude, MS Office, G-Suite, ClickUp and Slack
