YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their goals and provide smart, strategic legal advice.
  • Navigate a diverse range of real estate deals — from acquisitions and dispositions to leasing and development projects
  • Advise clients on real estate financing strategies, including both debt and equity structures.
  • Manage complex agreements like purchase contracts, leases, and financing document
  • Spearhead the entire closing process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

  • Experience Attorney in Real Estate
  • Vibrant, progressive spirit with a desire to contribute to a high performing team
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
