Key Responsibilities
- Manage ~30–36 personal injury cases (shared across team)
- Heavy client communication, scheduling, and calendaring
- Full case management from pre-lit through trial prep
- Draft and prepare legal documents, discovery, and case materials
- Prepare files, exhibits, and documentation for trial (trial exposure preferred)
- Support attorney by anticipating needs and ensuring organization
- Utilize Excel for settlement worksheets and case tracking
Qualifications
- 6+ years of personal injury experience (required)
- Bilingual Spanish (required for this team)
- Trial prep experience strongly preferred
- High level of professional maturity and emotional intelligence
- Resilient, patient, and able to navigate different communication styles
- Proactive, intuitive, and highly supportive of attorney needs
- Strong organizational skills—able to operate in less structured environments
- Comfortable learning new systems/software quickly
- Strong skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
