YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
• Lead the development and execution of the annual fundraising plan, shaping revenue strategy and guiding organizational priorities
• Cultivate, solicit, and manage a portfolio of major donors, corporate partners, and foundations
• Direct all grant activity, including identification, cultivation, proposal development, compliance, and reporting
• Strengthen donor stewardship efforts through meaningful communication, impact reporting, and executive level partnership
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…
• Nonprofit fundraising experience with a track record of securing corporate and major gifts and managing a broad portfolio.
• Passion to further expand budgets to provide more career training opportunities. Hands on approach that is strategic and tactical.
• Proven Leaders that has kick started a new Development group or sector successfully
• Proficiency with donor management systems -Virtuous Giving preferred
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Reside in San Antonio, TX or be willing to relocate
EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…
• Experience scaling a development team or department
• CFRE or advanced degree
