  • Lead all accounting operations including financial reporting, month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and internal controls
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering with leadership to support operational growth

YOU HAVE…
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Energy, oilfield services or related industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with a PE backed organization
  • Experience leading accounting teams and improving processes in a growing company
  • Advanced Excel skills
