YOUR TYPICAL DAY…

• Lead accounting and financial operations across multiple entities within a growing family office
• Prepare and present executive-level financial reports directly to ownership
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and expense management initiatives
• Partner with ownership to improve reporting, systems, and operational efficiencies
• Play a key role in transitioning the organization from cash basis to accrual accounting
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure to support future growth
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor helping shape business decisions and long-term strategy

YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE / YOUR SKILLS ARE…

• CPA designation required
• Expertise in multi-entity accounting and financial reporting
• Experience leading accounting operations within family office, real estate, investment, or closely held business environments
• Advanced QuickBooks experience and strong accounting systems knowledge
• Experience creating executive-level financial reports and presentations
• Strong communication skills with confidence presenting financial information to ownership groups
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

EXTRA CREDIT:

• Experience transitioning organizations from cash basis to accrual accounting
• Exposure to family office environments
• Experience evaluating and implementing accounting system upgrades or migrations
• Background in process improvement and building scalable financial infrastructure
