Location:  College Station, TX

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
  • Oversee finance/accounting functions along with partnering with COO/CEO operations 
  • Continue to develop and implement processes and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis with emphasis on capital investments/pricing decisions and contracts

You Have:
  •  Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred, CPA a plus
  • Minimum of two years of accounting experience in real estate (multi-family or property management environment, student-housing a plus)
  • QuickBooks experience
