Key Responsibilities:
  • Plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures
  • Build and manage compensation programs and plans from ground-up and present to the Executive Team and/or Compensation Committee
  • Create special reporting and analysis at the direction of management to monitor the competitiveness of compensation programs
  • Consult with Client groups, including conducting annual compensation reviews of job levels, benchmarking, and updating job descriptions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related area
  • 2+ years’ experience of management experience
  • Service-oriented, people-first mindset
  • Meticulous, detailed and the ability to move at a rapid pace without losing quality
